A step-by-step web form that adds the visitor to a customer-management system, fills in the extra details, and starts a follow-up. The awkward cases, such as missing or wrong answers, are tested on purpose.

Technical details
Plain HTML/CSS/JS multi-step form with conditional fields and a server-side step that creates or updates the contact, maps custom fields and triggers a workflow, against a mock of the GoHighLevel API. Includes field-mapping tests and deliberate-break tests.
