Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, your message, and an optional file attachment.
• Payments: when you pay via our site, your payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and your email.
• Chat widget: messages you send to the chat widget are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. We don't use this for anything beyond answering your question in the moment.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This uses cookies — see "Cookies" below.

How we use it

We use contact form and payment information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you've paid for, and send you confirmation/receipt emails. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each of whom processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — sending transactional emails (confirmations, notifications)
• Zoho Mail — our business email inbox
• Google (Gemini API, Google Analytics) — chat widget responses and site analytics
• Netlify — website hosting

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can opt out via your browser's cookie settings, or using Google's Analytics opt-out tool.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@getblacklore.com.
