Software we built and run for our own business. It is real and in use.
In plain terms
A system that takes business listings exported from Google Maps, removes duplicates, works out where each business is, and then looks for the right person to contact at each one. Everything lives in one database, and the system can be stopped and restarted without losing its place.

What this does not claim: Built and used for our own lead generation. The count of more than 23,600 contacts is from September 2026.
Technical details
Ingests Google Maps scrape exports, cleans and de-duplicates them, geocodes, then finds decision-maker contacts through website + LLM extraction and state licensing-board lookups (California CSLB for construction, DRE for real estate). Resumable orchestration with a PyQt GUI. 23,600+ contacts processed as of September 2026.
