In plain terms
A system that manages the whole journey of contacting businesses: checking email addresses, writing personalised drafts, and sorting incoming replies. By design it never sends a message and never answers anyone unless a person has approved it first.
- Every outgoing email is previewed and approved by a person.
- Replies are sorted and drafted, never answered automatically.
- Each stage shares one database, so every step can be checked on its own.
What this does not claim: Built for our own outreach. Sending is switched off by default and needs explicit approval each time.
Technical details
Stages for intake, verification, enrichment, sending, reply watching and monitoring that coordinate only through shared database tables and an MCP server. Previews are generated before any send, sends need an explicit per-run approval, replies are classified and drafted but never auto-sent, and blacklist and bounce monitoring runs separately.
