These terms govern your use of getblacklore.com and any services you engage Blacklore Enterprises Private Limited ("Blacklore," "we," "us") to provide. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Blacklore provides custom automation, data extraction, AI integration, research, and dashboard/reporting services. Every engagement is scoped individually with the client before work begins — nothing on this site constitutes a fixed quote or a guarantee of specific results, timelines, or outcomes for your particular use case.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations are handled.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables (code, automations, dashboards) built for you as part of a paid engagement become your property once payment is received in full. Blacklore retains the right to reuse general techniques, non-client-specific code patterns, and know-how developed during an engagement in future work for other clients.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Specific service warranties, if any, are set out in individual client agreements, not on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blacklore's liability for any claim arising from a service we've provided is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
