An AI project-management layer for Trello
Spots project risks with clear rules, then writes the founder's weekly report.
A working sample we built to show how we would solve a problem like this. It is not a delivered project.
In plain terms
An AI-assisted layer that watches a project board and tells the founder what needs attention. It spots overdue, blocked, over-budget, stale and decision-pending work, then writes a short plain-English report. The spotting is simple arithmetic, not AI guesswork. The AI only writes up what was found.
- Risks are found by clear rules, so they can be checked.
- The report reads like a person wrote it.
- Trello stays the single source of truth.
What this does not claim: The board used six invented cards, not a real board. The report text and the AI cost are real, but nothing was connected to a live board.
Technical details
Trello custom fields feed rule-based risk detection (overdue, blocked, over-budget, stale, decision-pending); an LLM drafts the report from the detected findings; the output goes to a founder decision queue delivered by Telegram or email (stubbed in the demo).
- Trello custom fields
- Python
- OpenRouter (LLM)
- Telegram / email (stubbed)
